BAIN did not install. So if you have a mod that has two plugins for SKSE then you will be prompted twice prior to installing the DLL files that the author has provided for use with SKSE. Most mods that you download off of nexus, you can just drag the file onto the installers tab or copy it into the Bash Installers folder.
